Liver Transplant Matching Criteria အသည္းခ်င္း တူၾကရ့ဲလား
(၁) Blood and Tissue Compatibility ေသြးနဲ႔ (တစ္ရွဴး) အမ်ိဳးအစား တူ-မတူ၊
• ေသြးအုပ္စု A ကေန A နဲ႔ AB ကိုလွဴႏိုင္တယ္။
• ေသြးအုပ္စု B ကေန B နဲ႔ AB ကိုလွဴႏိုင္တယ္။
• ေသြးအုပ္စု AB ကေန AB ကိုလွဴႏိုင္တယ္။
• ေသြးအုပ္စု O ကေန A, B, AB, နဲ႔ O ကိုလွဴႏိုင္တယ္။
Tissue type (တစ္ရွဴး) အမ်ိဳးအစား တူ-မတူစစ္ေဆးျခင္း
ေဆးရံုတခုနဲ႔တခု မတူပါ။ Tissue compatibility (တစ္ရွဴး) အမ်ိဳးအစား တူ-မတူ ဆိုတာမွာ Human leukocyte antigens (HLA) ကိုစစ္ပါတယ္။ တူေလေကာင္းေလျဖစ္တယ္။ ေတာ္ေတာ္တန္တန္မတူလဲ Anti-rejection drugs ေဆးေတြ ေပးမွာမို႔ စိုးရိမ္စရာမရွိပါ။
Cross-matching တိုက္ရိုက္ တူ-မတူ စစ္ေဆးျခင္း
White blood cells ေသြးျဖဴဥေတြခ်င္း ေပါင္းစပ္ၾကည့္ပါမယ္။ ေသြးျဖဴဥေတြေသေက်ပ်က္စီးရင္ Positive ေခၚျပီး လွဴလို႔မရပါ။ Negative ဆိုရင္ လွဴႏိုင္တယ္။
(၂) General Health အေထြေထြက်န္းမာေရး စစ္ေဆးျခင္း
Chest x-ray ရင္ပတ္ဓါတ္မွန္၊ Electrocardiogram (ECG) အီးစီဂ်ီ၊ Blood tests ေသြးစစ္၊ Urine tests ဆီးစစ္တာေတြ လုပ္ပါမယ္။ လွဴမဲ့သူက အမ်ိဳးသမီးျဖစ္ေနရင္ သားဖြါးမီးယပ္ဆိုင္ရာကို စစ္ပါမယ္။ ရာသီ၊ ကိုယ္ဝန္၊ (မင္မိုဂရမ္)။
• No heart, renal, or liver problems or abnormalities ႏွလံုး၊ ေက်ာကပ္နဲ႔ အသည္း၊
• No history of deep vein thrombosis or history of bleeding problems ေသြးယို-ေသြးခဲဘူးတဲ့ရာဇဝင္၊
• Negative for Hepatitis B and C and for HIV ဘီပိုး၊ စီပိုးနဲ႔ အိတ္ခ်္အိုင္ဗြီ၊
• No history of diabetes ဆီးခ်ိဳ၊
• No prior liver surgery အရင္ကအသည္းခြဲစိတ္ဘူးျခင္းမရွိ၊
• No alcoholism or frequent and heavy alcohol intake အရက္၊
• No history of cancer ကင္ဆာရာဇဝင္၊
• No psychiatric illness under treatment စိတ္၊
• Height and weight ကိုယ္အေလးခ်ိန္နဲ႔ အရပ္အေမာင္း၊
• Age limit အသက္ ၄၅-၅၅-၆ဝ ထက္မၾကီးရ။
• (၃) Health of Liver အသည္းအေျခအေန စစ္ေဆးျခင္း
• Hepatic angiogram အသည္းသြားေသြးေၾကာေတြအေျခအေနကို သိရမယ္။ ေသြးလႊတေၾကာထဲကို ေဆးထိုးေပးျပီးမွ ရိုက္မယ္။
• Computed tomography (CT) angiography (CT scan) ေသြးျပန္ေၾကာထဲကို ေဆးထိုးျပီးမွ ရိုက္မယ္။
(၄) Other Assessments တျခား စစ္ေဆးခ်က္မ်ား
• Psychological စိတ္ပိုင္းစစ္ေဆးမႈနဲ႔
• Financial reviews ေငြေၾကးစစ္ေဆးမႈ။
