၁။ မဂၤလာပါဆရာရွင့္။ က်မ အသက္ ၃၁ ပါ။ အိမ္ေထာင္သက္ ၁ ႏွစ္ပါ။ ေယာက္က်ားနဲ႔အတူေနၿပီးရင္ တခါတေလ ေသြးဆင္းပါတယ္။ စိုးရိမ္ရပါသလား။ ရာသီရက္ကေတာ့ မမွန္ပါဘူး။ ၂၈ ၂၉ ၃၀ ၃၁ အဲ့ရက္အတြင္းလာပါတယ္။ တားေဆးေတြ ထိုးေနေသာက္ေနတာမ်ိဳးလည္းမ႐ွိပါဘူး။ ဆရာအခ်ိန္ရရင္ ေျဖေပးေစလိုပါတယ္။ ေက်းဇူးတင္စြာျဖင့္။

၂။ ဆရာခင္ဗ်ာ နားနဲ႔မနာ ဖဝါးနဲ႔နာပါခင္ဗ်ာ။ ကြ်န္ေတာ့္အမ်ိဳးသမီးက ကေလးတေယာက္ေတာ့ ေမြးျပီးပါျပီ။ ဗုိက္ခြဲ ေမြးထားတာပါ။ အသက္က ၂၄ ရွိပါျပီ။ ကေလးကလည္း ၃ နွစ္ခြဲ ရွိသြားပါျပီ။ အခုတေလာ လင္မယားဆက္ဆံရင္ ေသြးေတြထြက္ထြက္ေနပါတယ္ခင္ဗ်ာ။ ေဆးခန္းျပခုိင္းလုိ႔လည္းမရလုိ႔ အၾကံေတာင္းခံရျခင္းျဖစ္ပါတယ္ခင္ဗ်ာ။ ျဖစ္ႏိုင္တာမ်ားကုိ ေက်းဇူးျပဳျပီးရွင္းျပေပးပါခင္ဗ်ာ။

၃။ တခ်ဳိ႕အိမ္ေထာင္သည္ေတြမွာ ကာကြယ္ေဆးထိုးၿပီးေပမယ့္ အမ်ဳိးသားနဲ႔ အတူေနၿပီးစအခ်ိန္မွာ တခါတေလ ေသြးဆင္းတာ ႀကားဖူးပါတယ္ဆရာ။ အဲဒါကေရာ ကင္ဆာရဲ႕အစလကၡဏာပဲလားဆရာ။

အတူေနစဥ္ ေမြးလမ္းကေသြးဆင္းျခင္း ျဖစ္ႏိုင္တဲ့အေၾကာင္းေတြကေတာ့ -
(၁) Inflammation ေရာင္ရမ္းျခင္း
Cervical erosion သားအိမ္ဝေရာင္ျခင္း၊ ငယ္ရြယ္သူေတြ၊ တားေဆးစားေနသူေတြနဲ႔ ကိုယ္ဝန္ေဆာင္စဥ္မွာလည္း ျဖစ္ႏိုင္တယ္။ အဲလိုအခ်ိန္ေတြမွာ သားအိမ္အဝက ပံုမွန္ထက္ ႏုေနလို႔ျဖစ္တယ္။ ျဖစ္ရင္လည္း အလိုလိုေပ်ာက္ႏိုင္သလို လိုအပ္ရင္ Freezing နည္းနဲ႔ကုသလို႔ရတယ္။

 (၂) Atrophic vaginitis ဗဂ်ိဳင္းနား ပါးလႊာျခင္း
ေသြးဆံုးျပီးရင္ Estrogen ေဟာ္မုန္းနည္းရာကေနျဖစ္တယ္။ တခ်ိဳ႕မွာျဖစ္တတ္တယ္။ ေသြးနည္းနည္းေလးဆင္းတာနဲ႔ အတူေနစဥ္ နာတာေတြ ျဖစ္တယ္။ ျဖစ္ရင္ အတူေနစဥ္မွာ Lubricating gels ဂ်ဲလ္ကိုသံုးႏိုင္တယ္။ အီစထိုဂ်င္ေဟာ္မုန္းနဲ႔ ကုႏိုင္တယ္။ ေဆးေသာက္နည္း-ေဆးထည့္နည္းသံုးႏိုင္တယ္။

(၃) Sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) လိင္ကတဆင့္ကူးစက္ေရာဂါေတြ
Chlamydia and Gonorrhea ကဲလ္မီဒီးယား နဲ႔ ဂႏိုးရီးယား ေတြကေန ျဖစ္ေစႏိုင္တယ္။ ပိုးရွိေနရင္ ေမြးလမ္းကေန တခုခုဆင္းတာ၊ တင္ပါးဆံုရိုးကြင္းထဲကနာတာ၊ ယားတာ၊ ပူေလာင္တာေတြခံစားရမယ္။ ပိုးေသေဆးနဲ႔ ေပ်ာက္ပါတယ္။ မကုဘဲထားရင္ တခ်ိန္မွာ ကေလးမရတာ ျဖစ္လာႏိုင္တယ္။ ထရြိင္ကိုမိုနီေယးဆစ္ေရာဂါကေနလည္း ျဖစ္တယ္။ ေမြးလမ္းေၾကာင္း (ဗဂ်ိဳင္းနား) ေရာဂါတခုျဖစ္တယ္။ လိင္ကတဆင့္ကူးတယ္။ တခုခုဆင္းမယ္၊ ယားမယ္၊ ေသြးဆင္းမယ္။

(၄) Abnormal growths အပိုအဆာတခုခုျဖစ္တာ
ကင္ဆာျဖစ္ႏိုင္သလို၊ Precancerous growths ကင္ဆာမဟုတ္ခင္အဆင့္လည္း ျဖစ္ႏိုင္တယ္။ Pap smear စစ္ရင္ သိႏိုင္တယ္။

(၅) Endometriosis အင္ဒိုမီထရီယိုးဆစ္ေရာဂါ
