Diclofenac (ဒိုင္ကလိုဖင္းနစ္) ေဆးဟာ ေရာင္တာ၊ ဖ်ားတာနဲ႔ နာတာကိုသက္သာေစတဲ့ NSAID အမ်ိဳးအစား အနာသက္သာေဆးျဖစ္တယ္။ ဒီအုပ္စုထဲမွာ ေဆးအမ်ိဳးမ်ိဳးပါတယ္။ Acetic acid derivatives အုပ္စုခြဲထဲကျဖစ္တယ္။ သတိထားဘို႔က FDA ကေန စိတ္ခ်ရမႈကို သတိေပးထားတယ္။ ထိုးေဆး၊ စားေဆး၊ ေဆးရည္နဲ႔ လိမ္းေဆးေတြအေနနဲ႔ လာတယ္။ လိမ္းေဆးက ေဘးထြက္ဆိုးက်ိဳးနည္းေစတယ္လို႔ သုေတသနတခုကဆိုပါတယ္။ ဘေလာ့ခ္မွာ တင္ထားပါတယ္။

ေဘးထြက္ဆိုးက်ိဳးေတြ -

• တခ်ိဳ႕အမ်ိဳးသမီးေတြရ့ဲလစဥ္ရာသီကို တမ်ိဳးတမည္ျဖစ္ေစတာလည္းေတြ႔ရတယ္။
• အစာလမ္းအနာနဲ႔ ေသြးယိုတာျဖစ္ေစႏိုင္တယ္။ ဒါေၾကာင့္ ဒီေဆးနဲ႔အတူ Ranitidine 150 mg ဒါမွမဟုတ္ Omeprazole 20 mg ကိုညအခ်ိန္ေသာက္ေစတယ္။

Diclofenac (ဒိုင္ကလိုဖင္းနစ္) ေဆးဟာ ေရာင္တာ၊ ဖ်ားတာနဲ႔ နာတာကိုသက္သာေစမယ္။
Osteoarthritis အရိုး-အဆစ္နာအတြက္
Diclofenac 35-50 mg တေန႔ ၂-၃ ၾကိမ္။ (သို႔) 75 mg တေန႔ ၂ ၾကိမ္။ 100 mg တေန႔ ၁ ၾကိမ္။

Ankylosing Spondylitis အဆစ္ခိုင္နာျခင္း
Diclofenac 25 mg တေန႔ ၄ ၾကိမ္။

Dysmenorrhea ရာသီလာစဥ္နာျခင္း
Diclofenac 50 mg တေန႔ ၃ ၾကိမ္။

Rheumatoid Arthritis ရူမတြိဳက္အဆစ္နာျခင္း
Diclofenac 50 mg တေန႔ ၃-၄ ၾကိမ္။

Migraine မိုင္ဂရင္းေခါင္းကိုက္ျခင္း
Diclofenac 50 mg တေန႔ ၁ ၾကိမ္။

Pain ရိုးရိုးနာျခင္း
Diclofenac 25 mg တေန႔ ၄ ၾကိမ္။
