This is Tint Swe, former parliamentarian from NLD. I was watching live coverage of the press conference of Daw Aung San Suu Kyi on 11/5/2015. After reading your article, I rewind the link to find any relevant phrases which this article mentioned.
What Daw Suu responded on the question on Muslim candidate was that there was no difference in 1990 and in 2015 election on choosing Muslim candidates. One from each election was disqualified by the Election Commission. It is normal that NLD chooses representative from the community where dominant individuals reside.
Your article is “hate reporting” intending to disgrace Daw Suu and to fuel disunity among communities in my country, Burma (Myanmar). Your are report is equivalent to the hate speech of a Buddhist extremist monk from Ma-Ba-Tha, a monk organization. I strongly disapprove this reporting.
