ART ေဆးနဲ႔ နယ္စပ္တိုက္ပြဲ

က်ေနာ္ကခု ၿမဝတီမွာေနပါတယ္။ တုိက္ပြဲျဖစ္ေနေတာ့ လမ္းပိတ္ထားလုိ႔ ေသာက္ေနၾက ART ေဆးကုန္ခါနီးေနပါၿပီ။
Nevirapine 200 mg
Tenolam (Tenofovir Disoproxil Fumarate and Lamivudine 300 mg/300 mg
ဒီႏွစ္ဗူးသုံးမ်ဳိးစပ္ပါ။ ခုအဲဒါနဲ႔တူတာ ၿမဝတီမွာဝယ္မရျဖစ္ေနပါတယ္။ တစ္ျခားဘာအမ်ဳိးအစားေသာက္လုိ႕ရပါသလဲခဗ်ာ။ ေဆးကသုံးရက္စာပဲက်န္ေတာ့လုိ႔အျမန္ကူညီေပးပါဆရာခဗ်ာ။ ေဆးေသာက္ေနတာေလးႏွစ္ရွိပါၿပီဆရာ။ ေပါင္းစပ္ ေသာက္လုိ႔ရမည့္ အမ်ဳိးအစားအတြဲမ်ား ေျပာျပေပးေစလုိပါတယ္ခဗ်ာ။

HIV အတြက္ အသိအမွတ္ျပဳထားတဲ့ ART ေဆး (၂ဝ) ရွိတယ္။ တခ်ိဳ႕က ေဆးေတြေရာထားတယ္။ အမ်ားဆံုး သံုးေနတာတခုက Truvada ျဖစ္တယ္။ Emtricitabine နဲ႔ Tenofovir ေဆး (၂) မ်ိဳးေရာထားတယ္။

အမ်ားစုမွာ ေဆးနာမည္ (၃) မ်ိဳးပါတယ္။ ဥပမာ AZT (Zidovudine) ေဆးျဖစ္တယ္။ Retrovir လို႔လည္းေခၚတယ္။ ZDV လို႔လည္းေခၚေသးတယ္။

ေဆးစနစ္တက်ကုသရပါမယ္။ ေဆးေပးနည္းက တခ်ိဳ႕ေနရာေတြမွာ မတူတတ္ပါ။ ေဆးေတြက အရင္ကထက္ အမ်ားၾကီး တိုတက္လာလို႔ စိတ္သက္သာရသင့္ပါတယ္။ စိတ္ကို အျပဳသေဘာေဆာင္ပါ။ ေဆးစာေတြရဲ႕ လင့္ခ္ေတြပို႔ပါတယ္။ ဆိုင္တာကို ဖတ္ပါ။ လိုက္နာပါ။
