၁။ ဆရာခင္ဗ်ား အညာမွာ ဖုန္ထူညစ္ပတ္လို႔ က်ေနာ္အမ်ိဳးသမီးေျခေထာက္မွာ ျခင္ကိုက္ဖုကို ကုတ္မိရာကေန တျဖည္းျဖည္းႀကီးလာၿပီး ဝဲနွင္းခူ (အစို) ျဖစ္လာတယ္ခင္ဗ်ာ။ ေက်းလက္ေဆးေပးခန္းေတြသြားၿပီး ေဆးထိုးေဆးစား တာလည္း မေပ်ာက္ဘူးခင္ဗ်ာ။ ေနာက္ထပ္ တိုက္နယ္ ေဆးရုံသြားၿပီး ေဆးထိုးတာလည္း မေပ်ာက္ပါခင္ဗ်ာ။ အဖုအပိန္႔ေတြ ေပါက္လာတာပဲ အဖတ္တင္တယ္ဆရာ။ တိုက္နယ္ေဆးရုံက ဆရာမက SIVKORT ထိုးေဆးနဲ႔ နွင္းခူ ေဘးပတ္လည္ကို ထိုးရင္ ေပ်ာက္တယ္လို႔ေျပာလို႔ ဝယ္လာတယ္ဆရာ။ SIVKORT ေဆးထိုးရင္ေဘးထြက္ ဆိုးက်ဳိး ရွိမလားဆရာ။ ေက်းဇူးျပဳ၍ ေျဖၾကားေပးပါခင္ဗ်ာ။

Sivkort ဆိုတာ Triamcinolone ေဆးျဖစ္တယ္။ လိမ္းေဆး-ထိုးေဆးရွိတယ္။ ေနရာအမ်ိဳးမွိုးမွာသံုးတယ္။ အလာဂ်ီရတာ၊ ႏွင္းကူနာ SIVKORTအမ်ိဳးမ်ိဳးအတြက္ျဖစ္တယ္။ ေဘးထြက္-ဆိုးက်ိဳးေတြရွိတယ္။ လိမ္းတဲ့ေနရာ အေရျပား ေျခာက္ေသြ႔မယ္။ ကြဲအက္မယ္။ ဝက္ျခံေပါက္မယ္။ ပူေလာင္မယ္။ အေရျပားအေရာင္ေျပာင္းမယ္။ ဗက္တီးရီးယား ဝင္လာႏိုင္တယ္။

၂။ က်ေနာ့္အသက္ ၂၃ ႏွစ္ပါ။ ျပီးခဲ့သည့္ ၂ဝ၁၃ ဒီဇင္ဘာလမွာ အက္ဆီးဒင့္တခုေၾကာင့္ က်ေနာ့္ ေဘလုံး (စပလင္း) ခြဲထုတ္ပစ္ခဲ့ရပါတယ္။ အဲ့ဒါအေၾကာင့္ က်ေနာ္ စိတ္အရမ္းညစ္ရပါတယ္ဆရာ။ အခုဆုိရင္တႏွစ္ျပည့္ပါျပီခင္ဗ်ာ။ တႏွစ္ကုိတခါ တုတ္ေကြးကာကြယ္ေဆးထိုးေပးရမယ္လုိ႔ေျပာပါတယ္။ ျပီးေတာ့ ငါးႏွစ္ကုိတႀကိမ္ ေဘလုံးအတြက္ ေဆးထိုးရမယ္လုိ႔လဲ ဆရာဝန္ေတြကညႊန္ၾကားထားပါတယ္ ဆရာခင္ဗ်ာ။ က်ေနာ္သိခ်င္တာက ေဘလုံး မရွိေတာ့တဲ့ သူတေယာက္အတြက္ က်န္းမာေရးနဲ႔အညီ ေနထိုင္ဖို႔ ေဆာင္ရန္ေရွာင္ရန္မ်ားကုိ အထူးသိခ်င္ပါတယ္။ က်ေနာ္ဟာ သာမန္လူတေယာက္လုိ သက္တမ္းေစ့ေနႏိုင္ပါ့မလား ဆုိတာကုိလည္း အမွန္အတိုင္း သိခ်င္လွပါတယ္ဆရာ။ ျပီးေတာ့ က်ေနာ္ဟာ လူလြတ္တေယာက္ပါ ေဘလ္မရွိတဲ့လူတေယာက္က အိမ္ေထာင္ျပဳဖို႔ ျဖစ္ႏုိင္ မျဖစ္ႏိုင္လည္း သိခ်င္ပါတယ္။ အလုပ္အကိုင္နဲ႔ ပတ္သက္ျပီး ပင္းပန္းတဲ့အလုပ္မ်ိဳးေတြလုပ္လုိ႔ရပါသလား၊ ဒိုက္ထိုးဘားဆြဲ ေဘာလုံးကန္စတဲ့ အားကစားေတြေကာ လုပ္လုိ႔ရပါသလား သိခ်င္လွပါတယ္ဆရာ။ ေဆးလိပ္၊ ကြမ္း တခါတေလစားမိပါတယ္ဆရာ။ အေသာက္အစားကေတာ့ တတ္ႏိုင္သေလာက္ ေရွာင္ပါတယ္ဆရာ။

ေဘလံုးထုတ္ထားသူ အသက္ရွင္ေနႏိုင္ပါတယ္။ ေဘလံုးကအလုပ္ေတြလုပ္ေပးေနတာေတာ့ရွိလို႔ ေနာက္ဆက္တြဲ ျဖစ္စရာေတြေတာ့ရွိတယ္။ ဗက္တီးရီးယားကို တိုက္ထုတ္ေပးလို႔ ေရာဂါပိုးဝင္မွာကိုသတိထားရမယ္။ Streptococcus pneumoniae, Neisseria meningitides နဲ႔ Haemophilus influenza ပိုးေတြျဖစ္တယ္။ သူတို႔ကေန ႏူမိုးနီးယား၊ ဦးေႏွာက္အေမွးေရာင္စတဲ့ ဆိုးဝါးတဲ့ေရာဂါေတြရေစႏိုင္တယ္။ (ေျခာက္တယ္လို႔ မထင္မွတ္ေစလိုပါ။) ကာကြယ္ေဆး ရွိတာေတြထိုးထားျပီး ကာကြယ္ႏိုင္ပါတယ္။
