၁။ Influenza တုပ္ေကြး
Likely to be beneficial အက်ိဳးရွိႏိုင္တဲ့ ေဆးေတြ၊
• Oral Amantadine for early treatment of Influenza A in adults
• Oral Rimantadine for early treatment of Influenza A in adults
• Oral inhaled Zanamirvir for early treatment of Influenza A and B in adults
• Oral Oseltamivir for early treatment of Influenza A and B in adults

၂။ Chickenpox ေရေၾကာက္ေရာဂါ
Randomized Controlled Trial (RCT) ေဆးကုသနည္းေတြရဲ႕ ထိေရာက္မႈကို စနစ္တက် ေလ့လာမႈျပဳလို႔ ထြက္လာတဲ့ ရလဒ္မ်ား
Beneficial အက်ိဳးရွိသည့္ေဆးမ်ား
• High dose of Aciclovir (>3200 mg/day) in people with HIV infection
• Live attenuated vaccine in healthy children

Likely to be beneficial အက်ိဳးရွိႏိုင္ေလာက္တဲ့ ေဆးမ်ား၊
• Zoster Immune Globulin (ZIG) in healthy children

Unknown effectiveness ထိေရာက္မႈ မေသခ်ာသည့္ေဆးမ်ား
• Aciclovir in people with immunocompromize other than HIV
• Live attenuated vaccine in immunocompromized people

• Fluxetine စနစ္တက် ေလ့လာမႈတခုတြင္ အသင့္အတင့္ ေကာင္းတာေတြ႔ရွိရ။ ေဘးထြက္ဆိုးက်ိဳးမ်ားရွိ။ ေရရွည္သံုးစြဲလူမ်ား ျဖစ္လာသည့္ ေဘးထြက္ဆိုးက်ိဳးမ်ားကုိ ေလ့လာမႈ မလံုေလာက္ေသး။
• Mazindol စနစ္တက် ေလ့လာမႈတခုတြင္ အသင့္အတင့္ ေကာင္းတာေတြ႔ရွိရ။ သံုးစြဲသူ ၁ ဦးတြင္ Pulmonary hypertension အတုပ္တြင္းဖိအားမ်ားျခင္း ျဖစ္တာေတြ႔ရွိရ။ ေဘးထြက္ဆိုးက်ိဳးမ်ားရွိ။ ေရရွည္သံုးစြဲလူမ်ား ျဖစ္လာသည့္ ေဘးထြက္ဆိုးက်ိဳးမ်ားကုိ ေလ့လာမႈ မလံုေလာက္ေသး။
• Ortistat စနစ္တက် ေလ့လာမႈတခုတြင္ အသင့္အတင့္ ေကာင္းတာေတြ႔ရွိရ။ ေဘးထြက္ဆိုးက်ိဳးမ်ားရွိ။ ေရရွည္သံုးစြဲလူမ်ား ျဖစ္လာသည့္ ေဘးထြက္ဆိုးက်ိဳးမ်ားကုိ ေလ့လာမႈ မလံုေလာက္ေသး။
• Phentermine စနစ္တက် ေလ့လာမႈတခုတြင္ အသင့္အတင့္ ေကာင္းတာေတြ႔ရွိရ။ ေဘးထြက္ဆိုးက်ိဳးမ်ားရွိ။
• Sibutramine စနစ္တက် ေလ့လာမႈတခုတြင္ အသင့္အတင့္ ေကာင္းတာေတြ႔ရွိရ။ အေနာက္ႏိုင္ငံမ်ား၊ ဥေရာပ၊ အခ်ားႏိုင္ငံမ်ားႏွင့္ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံတြင္ ေရၾင္းခ်ခြင့္ ပိတ္ပင္ထားျပီးျဖစ္။

• Phenylpropanolamine စနစ္တက် ေလ့လာမႈတခုတြင္ အသင့္အတင့္ ေကာင္းတာေတြ႔ရွိရ။ သို႔ရာတြင္ ၃ ရက္အတြင္း Hemorrhagic strokes ေသြးယိုထြက္မႈျဖစ္လာတာေတြ႔ရွိရ။ ေရာင္းခ်ခြင့္ပိတ္ပင္ထားျပီးျဖစ္။
