ဆရာ ကြၽန္မက အသက္ ၃၀ အိမ္ေထာင္႐ွိၿပီး ကေလးမ႐ွိပါ ဘာေရာဂါမွ ေထြေထြထူးထူးမ႐ွိေပမယ့္ ပတ္ဝန္းက်င္မွာ ျမင္ေန ၾကားေနရတဲ့ ကင္ဆာေရာဂါျဖစ္မွာေတာ့ ေၾကာက္ပါတယ္႐ွင့္ fast food နဲ႔ coffee mix အျပင္စာေတြေ႐ွာင္ေနတာေတာ့ ၾကာပါၿပီ  ကြၽန္မသိခ်င္တာက ကင္ဆာကာကြယ္တယ္ဆိုတဲ့ သေဘၤာရြက္ ပန္းမုန္႔လာအစိမ္း ေထာပတ္သီး မုန္လာဥနီ ေတြပံုမွန္ စားေသာက္ေပးရင္ တကယ္ပဲ ကင္ဆာေရာဂါ ကာကြယ္ႏိုင္ပါသလား႐ွင့္ ဂ်ံဳျမက္ႏုအေၾကာင္းေလ့လာၾကည့္ေတာ့ က်န္းမာေရးအတြက္ ေကာင္းမြန္တဲ့ အက်ိဳးေက်းဇူးေတြ႐ွိတာ ေတြ႔ရပါတယ္ တကယ္ပဲ အထက္က အစားအေသာက္ေတြစားရင္ ကင္ဆာေရာဂါ ကာကြယ္ႏိုင္ပါသလား႐ွင့္ ေက်းဇူးတင္ပါတယ္႐ွင့္။
