Middle ear infection နားျပည္ယုိျခင္း

နားကိုပိုးဝင္တာက ၈ဝ% ဟာ ဗိုင္းရပ္စ္ကေနျဖစ္တယ္။ ဒါဆိုရင္ ပိုးေသေဆးမလိုဘူး။ Streptococcus ဗက္တီးရီးယားကေန ျဖစ္တာလဲ မနည္းဘူး။ နား နာမယ္၊ အဝါရည္၊ အရည္ၾကည္၊ အခြ်ဲရည္ ထြက္မယ္။ ကို္ယ္နည္းနည္း ပူမယ္။ ပိုးေသေဆးလိုမယ္။

Acute otitis media ရက္တို နားအလယ္ပိုင္းေရာင္တာ အေတာ္အျဖစ္မ်ားတယ္။ ဗိုင္းရပ္စ္ေရာ ဗက္တီးရီးယားကပါ ျဖစ္ေစတယ္။ အလာဂ်ီနဲ႔လည္းတြဲေနတတ္တယ္။ တက္ေစ့ေရာင္တာရွိႏို္င္တယ္။ နာထဲအသံမည္ေနတာရွိႏိုင္တယ္။ ေခါင္းမူးေရာဂါဆက္ျဖစ္တတ္ေသးတယ္။

နားအလည္ပိုင္းေရာင္တာဟာ အမ်ားအားျဖင့္ အသက္ရွဴလမ္းအေပၚပိုင္းပိုးဝင္တာကေန ဆက္ျဖစ္တယ္။ အေအးမိတာကေနျဖစ္တာမ်ားတယ္။နားအလည္ပိုင္းမွာ အရည္စုလာမယ္။ ပိုးထပ္ဝင္လာမယ္။ ျပည္တည္မယ္။ အရည္ပိုထြက္မယ္။ နားစည္ကိုဖိအားသက္ေရာက္မယ္။ နားအၾကားထိခိုက္ခံရမယ္။ ကိုယ္ပူႏိုင္တယ္။ နာမယ္။ ေပၚလိုက္ သက္သာလိုက္ေနႏိုင္တယ္။ ပိုးေသေဆးေပးရမယ္။ ပိုးေတြေသျပီး အနာက်က္ျဖစ္စဥ္ေကာင္းမွ ေပ်ာက္မယ္။ ဆိုးရင္ နားစည္ေပါက္မယ္။ အရည္ထြက္သက္သာမယ္။ အဖ်ားက်မယ္။ သူ႔အလိုလိုျပန္ပိတ္ႏိုင္တယ္။

ပိုးေသေဆးမွာ စားေဆးနဲ႔ နားေဆးရည္။ Decongestants and/or antihistamines အေအးမိတာမွာသံုးတဲ့ေဆးလည္း လိုမယ္။ အနာ-အေရာင္သက္သာေဆး ပါရာစီတေမာလိုေဆးလိုမယ္။

ဗက္တီးရီးယား ကေနျဖစ္တဲ့ နာေရာင္တာအတြက္ ပဋိဇီဝေဆးေတြ
• Amoxicillin 500mg တခါေသာက္ ၁ ေတာင့္၊ တေန႔ ၂ ၾကိမ္၊ အနည္းဆံုး ၅ ရက္ေသာက္ပါ။ Augmentin လည္း ေပးတယ္။
• Sulfonamide Antibiotics ေတြထဲမွာ Bactrim, Septra နဲ႔ Gantrisin ေတြပါတယ္။
• Cephalosporin Antibiotics ေတြထဲမွာ Ceclor, Ceftin, Cefzil, Vantin, Suprax နဲ႔ Lorabid ေတြပါတယ္။
• ေဆးတြဲေပးတာေတြလဲ ရွိတယ္။ ဥပမာ Pediazole = Erythromycin + Sulfisoxazole

အသံုးမ်ားတဲ့ နားထည့္ေဆးေတြကေတာ့ -
1. Betamethasone Eye/Ear Drops 0.1% w/v + 0.002%
2. Carboxy Methyl cellulose sodium -Eye 0.5%
3. Chloramphenicol Eye/Ear drop 5ml & 10 ml
4. Ciprofloxacin Eye Drops 5ml & 10ml
5. Gentamicin Eye/Ear drop 5ml & 10 ml
6. Neomycin Sulphate Eye/Ear drop 5ml & 10 ml
7. Ofloxacin Eye Drops
8. Prednisolone Acetate Eye/Ear drop 5ml & 10 ml
9. Prednisolone Chloramphenicol Eye Drop 10ml
10. Soframycin Eye/Ear Drop 8ML

နားျပည္ယိုရင္ ျပည္ကိုထုတ္ေပးရမယ္။ မ်ားရင္ ဟိုက္ဒရိုဂ်င္ပါေအာက္ဆိုက္ေဆးရည္နဲ႔ အရင္ရွင္းျပီးဂြမ္းစေလးနဲ႔ သန္႔ရမယ္။ ျပီးရင္ ပိုးေသေဆးရည္ခပ္ပါ။ ပိုးေသေဆး ေဆးပါတ္လည္ေသာက္ပါ။
