Hippocratic Oath (ဟစ္ပိုခေရးတီးစ္) ပဋိညာဥ္
• ကြ်ႏ္ုပ္၏ ေဆးပညာသည္ လူတို႔၏ အက်ိဳးစီးပြါးအတြက္ အသံုးခ်ပါမည္ကို ကတိေပးပါသည္။ လူနာသည္ ပဌမ ဦးစားေပး ျဖစ္သည္။ သူတို႔ေျပာသည္ကုိ နားေထာင္၍ တတ္စြမ္းသေရြ႕ ေစာင့္ေရွာက္ပါမည္။ ရိုးသားေသာ ကရုဏာျဖင့္ ေလးစားျခင္းကို ရယူပါမည္။
• I will do my best to help anyone in medical need, in emergencies. I will make every effort to ensure the rights of all patients are respected, including vulnerable groups who lack means of making their needs known.
• မည္သူ႔ကိုမဆို အေရးေပၚ က်န္မာေရး လိုအပ္ခ်က္ ရွိလာလွ်င္ အေကာင္းဆံုး အကူအညီေပးပါမည္။ လိုအပ္ခ်က္ မျပည့္စံုၾကေသာ ေရာဂါေဝဒနာ ရလြယ္ၾကသူမ်ား အပါအဝင္ လူနာတို႔၏ အခြင့္အေရးကို မည္သည့္ အခါမဆို ေလးစားပါမည္။
• I will exercise my professional judgment as independently as possible, uninfluenced by political pressure or the social standing of my patient. I will not put personal profit or advancement above my duty to my patient.
• ကြ်ႏ္ုပ္၏ ပညာပိုင္းဆိုင္ရာ ဆံုးျဖတ္အား ႏိုင္ငံေရး၊ လူမႈေရးတို႔၏ သက္ေရာက္မႈမ်ားမွ ကင္းပလွ်က္ အတတ္ႏိုင္ဆံုး လြတ္လပ္စြာ ခ်မွတ္ပါမည္။ လူနာအတြက္ ထမ္းရြက္မႈအေပၚမွာ အျမတ္ထုတ္ျခင္း၊ ရာထူး တိုးျခင္းတို႔ အတြက္ လုပ္ေဆာင္မည္ မဟုတ္ပါ။
• I recognize the special value of human life, but I also know that prolongation of life is not the only aim of health care. If I agree to perform abortion, I agree it should take place only within an ethical and legal context.
• ကြ်ႏ္ုပ္သည္ လူ႔အသက္၏ အထူးအေရးပါမႈကို သိရွိပါသည္။ သို႔တေစ အသက္ဆက္လက္ ရွင္သန္ေရးဆိုသည္ က်န္းမာေရး ေစာင့္ေရွာက္ျခင္း၏ တခုတည္းေသာ ရည္ရြယ္ခ်က္ မဟုတ္သျဖင့္ အကယ္၍ ကုိယ္ဝန္ဖ်က္ရန္ လိုအပ္လာပါက ဥပေဒေၾကာင္း အရလည္းေကာင္း က်င့္ဝတ္ အရလည္းေကာင္း ညီညြတ္ေစပါမည္။
• I will not provide treatments that are pointless or harmful, or which an informed and competent patient refuses. I will help patients find the information and support they want to make decisions on their care.
• ကြ်ႏ္ုပ္သည္ အက်ိဳးမမ်ားေစေသာ-ဒုကၡေရာက္ေစေသာ-ရွင္းျပသည့္အခါ နားလည္ တတ္သိေသာလူနာမ်ားက ျငင္းဆန္ေသာ၊ ကုသမႈကို မျပဳလုပ္ပါ။ လူနာမ်ားအား ဆံုးျဖတ္ခ်က္ ခ်ႏိုင္ေစရန္ လိုအပ္ေသာ သတင္း အခ်က္အလက္မ်ား ေပးကာ ကူညီပါမည္။
• I will answer as truthfully as I can, and respect patients’ decisions, unless that puts others at risk of substantial harm. If I cannot agree with their requests, I will explain why.
• အျခားသူမ်ားအား ဒုကၡေရာက္ရန္ မရွိပါက လူနာ၏ အဆံုးအျဖတ္ကို ေလးစားလွ်က္ တတ္ႏိုင္သမွ် ရိုးသားစြာ ေျဖဆိုပါမည္။ အကယ္၍ ေတာင္းဆိုခ်က္က မျဖစ္ႏိုင္ပါက အဘယ့္ေၾကာင့္ ျငင္းရသည္ကို ရွင္းျပပါမည္။
• If my patients have limited mental awareness, I will still encourage them to participate in decisions as much as they feel able. I will do my best to maintain confidentiality about all patients.
• အကယ္၍ လူနာသည္ စိတ္ခြန္အား မျပည့္မီပါက စိတ္မွန္သူမ်ားအလား ဆံုးျဖတ္ခ်က္ ခ်ႏိုင္ရန္ အားေပးပါမည္။ ကြ်ႏ္ုပ္သည္ လူနာမ်ား၏ အတြင္းေရးကိစၥမ်ားကို အတတ္ႏိုင္ဆံုး ထိန္းသိမ္းေပးပါမည္။
• If there were overriding reasons preventing my keeping a patient’s confidentiality I will explain them, I will recognize the limits of my knowledge and seek advice from colleagues as needed. I will acknowledge my mistakes.
• အကယ္၍ ထိုသို႔ လုပ္မျဖစ္ေသာ အေျခအေနရွိပါက ကြ်ႏ္ုပ္၏ အသိနည္းမႈအား ရွင္းျပပါမည္။ မိတ္ေဆြမ်ား၏ အၾကံဥာဏ္ကို ရယူပါမည္။ အမွားကို ဝန္ခံပါမည္။
• I will do my best to keep myself and my colleagues informed of new developments, and ensure that poor standards or bad practices are exposed to those who can improve them.
• ကြ်ႏ္ုပ္သည္ မိတ္ေဆြမ်ားအား အသစ္ တိုးတက္ ျဖစ္ေပၚမႈမ်ားကို ေျပာျပေပးေနလွ်က္ အရည္အေသြး ညံ့ဖ်င္းမႈမ်ားကို ေဖၚထုတ္ကာ တိုးတက္ေစရန္ အတတ္ႏိုင္ဆံုး ေဆာင္ရြက္ပါမည္။
• I will show respect for all those with whom I work and be ready to share my knowledge by teaching others what I know. I will use my training and professional standing to improve the community in which I work.
• ကြ်ႏ္ုပ္သည္ လုပ္ေဖၚ ကိုင္ဖက္မ်ားအား ေလးစားသမႈျဖင့္ မိမိသိရွိ တတ္ၾကြမ္းမႈမ်ားကို မွ်ေဝ သင္ၾကားေပးပါမည္။ မိမိ၏ လူမႈအသိုင္းအဝိုင္း တိုးတက္လာေစရန္ တတ္ၾကြမ္း နားလည္မႈမ်ားကို အသံုးခ်သြားပါမည္။
• I will treat patients equitably and support a fair and humane distribution of health resources. I will try to influence positively authorities whose policies public health.
• ကြ်ႏ္ုပ္သည္ လူနာမ်ားအား က်န္းမာေရး အရင္အျမစ္မ်ားကို လူ႔အသိျဖင့္ အညီအမွ် ေဝငွေပးကမ္းပါမည္။ လူထု က်န္းမာေရး ေပၚလစီ ခ်မွတ္သူမ်ားအေပၚ အျပဳသေဘာ သက္ေရာက္ေစပါမည္။
• I will oppose polices which breach internationally accepted standards of human rights. I will strive to change laws that are contrary to patients’ interests or to my professional ethics.
• ႏိုင္ငံတကာ အသိအမွတ္ျပဳ လူ႔အခြင့္အေရးမ်ားကို ခ်ိဳးေဖါက္ရာ ေရာက္သည့္ ေပၚလစီမ်ားကို ဆန္႔က်င္ သြားပါမည္။ လူနာမ်ား၏ ေကာင္းက်ိဳး၊ ေဆးပညာ က်င့္ဝတ္မ်ားႏွင့္ ဆန္႔က်င္ေသာ ဥပေဒမ်ားကို ေျပာင္းလဲေစရန္ ၾကိဳးပမ္းပါမည္။
• While I continue to keep this Oath unviolated, may it be granted to me to enjoy life and the practice of the Art, respected by all, in all times.
• ဤပဋိညာဥ္ကို မက်ိဳးမေပါက္ လိုက္နာ ေစာင့္ထိန္းပါက သာယာ ခ်မ္းေျမ့သည့္ ဘဝကို ရရွိလွ်က္၊ ေဆးကုသျခင္း အတတ္ျဖင့္ လူအမ်ား၏ ေလးစားမႈကို အစဥ္ရယူႏိုင္သူ ျဖစ္ပါေစေသာဝ္။
