Co-Trimoxazole ပဋိဇီဝေဆး

မဂၤလာပါဆရာ ကေလးအသက္ခုနစ္နွစ္ခြဲ ေယာက္်ားေလး ဆီးခဏခဏသြားေနလို့ပါ။ အမ်ားျကီးမဟုတ္ပဲ တစက္နွစ္စက္ပါပဲ။ နာက်င္ျခင္းလဲမရွိပါ။ ေက်းဇူးပါဆရာ။

ဆီးလမ္းပိုးဝင္ရင္ နာမယ္။

Co-Trimoxazole 40 mg/200 mg per 5 ml Paediatric Suspension ေဆးရည္။
၁။ Acute uncomplicated urinary tract infection ဆီးလမ္းပိုးဝင္ျခင္း၊
၂။ Acute otitis media နာျပည္ယိုျခင္း၊
၃။ Acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis ေလျပြန္ေရာင္ျခင္းေတြအတြက္ ေပးတယ္။ အမ်ားအားျဖင့္ ၅ ရက္ၾကာ ေပးတယ္။ တခ်ိဳ႕ ၃ ရက္နဲ႔သက္သာမယ္။

6 to 12 years 10 ml every 12 hours
6 months to 5 years 5 ml every 12 hours
6 weeks to 5 months 2.5 ml every 12 hours

အတိအက်ဆိုရင္ 6 mg trimethoprim + 30 mg sulfamethoxazole per kg body weight per day ကို တေန႔ ၂ ၾကိမ္ခြဲေပးတယ္။
