Allergy Triggers အလာဂ်ီရေစတတ္တဲ့ အေၾကာင္းတရားမ်ား

ဆရာ။ အပ်ိဳ အသက္ ၁၉။ allergic ထတာ ၂လေက်ာ္ၿပီ။ ထတဲ့ပံုစံက အနီပိန္႔အေသးေလးေတြ။ ယားတယ္။ ၿပီးေတာ့ အခုရက္ပိုင္းနႈတ္ခမ္းေတြပါေယာင္လာ။ ေသြးစစ္ထားတဲ့မွတ္တမ္းပို႔လုိက္ပါတယ္။ ယားတာျဖစ္ေစတာကေတာ့ ပင္လယ္စာရယ္၊ ဖုန္ရယ္၊ ပီးေတာ့ ဘာအေၾကာင္းျပခ်က္မွမရွိဘဲ လက္ေတြေျခေထာက္ေတြမွာ အနီ အပိန္႔ေသးေလးေတြထြက္လာတာဆရာ။

Allergy ဆိုတာ ကိုယ့္ရဲ႕ ခုခံမႈစနစ္က မေတာ္တေရာ္ျဖစ္လို႔ရတယ္။ တကယ္ေတာ့ လူကို ဒုကၡေပးေလ့ မရွိတာေတြကေန ျဖစ္ေစတယ္။ ဥပမာ ပန္းဝတ္မံႈ၊ တိရစာၧန္အမံႈ နဲ႔ လူေတြစားတဲ့ အစာေတြပါတယ္။ ျဖစ္ရင္ သာမန္ကာရွန္ကာေလးကေန အသက္ကိုပါ ရန္ရွာတဲ့အထိ ဆိုးႏိုင္တယ္။ အေမရိကားမွာ လူ ၅ ေယာက္မွာ တေယာက္ေလာက္က အလာဂ်ီရၾကတယ္။

၁။ Pollen ပန္းဝတ္မံႈ
သစ္ပင္၊ ပန္းပင္၊ ျမက္၊ ေပါင္းပင္စတာေတြကေန ထြက္တဲ့ အမႈံေလးေတြနဲ႔ မသင့္သူေတြမွာ Hay fever ေခၚတဲ့ Seasonal Allergies ရာသီစာ အလာဂ်ီရလာေစႏိုင္တယ္။ ခ်က္ခ်င္း ႏွာေခ်၊ ႏွာေရယိုက်၊ ႏွာေခါင္း ပြစိပြစိျဖစ္၊ ယားယံ၊ မ်က္ရည္ေတြက် စတာေတြ ျဖစ္လာမယ္။ ျဖစ္လာရင္ အလာဂ်ီစားေဆး၊ ထိုးေဆး၊ ရွဳေဆးေတြရွိတယ္။ အဲလိုလူေတြ ေနရာေရြးရမယ္။ ျဖစ္တတ္တဲ့အရပ္မသြားနဲ႔၊ မထြက္နဲ႔။ အိမ္ထဲေနလဲ ျပဴတင္းေပါက္ေတြပိတ္ထား၊ ကားေမာင္းသြားလဲ မွန္ေတြတင္ထားရမယ္။

၂။ Animal Dander တိရစာၧန္အမံႈ
တိရစာၧန္အေတာင္ေတြ ကိုယ္ေမႊးေတြကေန ထြက္တဲ့အမံႈအမႊားေတြနဲ႔မတည့္သူေတြက မတည့္ၾကဘူး။ အေကာင္ေတြရဲ႕ အဆီအိတ္ေတြကထြက္တာ၊ တံေတြးထဲပါတာေတြလဲ မတည့္သူေတြရွိတယ္။ ျဖစ္ဘို႔ၾကာတယ္။ ေပ်ာက္ဘို႔လဲ ၾကာတယ္။

၃။ Dust Mites အေကာင္ေသးေသးေလးေတြ
ဖုံမံႈ႕ထဲမွာ အင္မတန္ေသးလြန္းတဲ့ အေကာင္ေလးေတြ ပါေနတယ္။ ဝ႕ဝ၁၃ x ဝ႕ဝ၁၆ လကၼသာရွိတယ္။ ခပ္ျပာျပာ အေရာင္ ရွိတယ္။ စိုထိုင္းတာကို ၾကိဳက္ၾကတယ္။ အိပ္ယာခင္း၊ ေခါင္အံုးဖံုး၊ ေစာင္၊ ေကာ္ေဇာ၊ စတာေတြကို မၾကာမၾကာ လဲေပးပါ။

၄။ Insect Stings အင္းဆက္အဆိပ္
မတည့္သူေတြမွာ အသက္ကိုရန္ရွာတဲ့အထိ ဆိုးႏိုင္တယ္။ အကိုက္ခံရတဲ့ေနရာ ေရာင္-ရဲလာမယ္။ ပ်ိဳ႕-အန္ႏိုင္တယ္။ ကိုယ္ပူႏိုင္တယ္။ အားယုတ္မယ္။ ရွားရွားပါးပါး Anaphylaxis ေရွာ့ခ္အထိရႏိုင္တယ္။ အသက္ရွဴခက္လာမယ္။ အင္ျပင္ ထြက္မယ္။ မ်က္ႏွာေရာင္လာမယ္။ လည္ေခ်ာင္းေရာင္မယ္။ ႏွလံုးခုန္ျမန္မယ္။ ေသြးဖိအားက်မယ္။ ေခါင္းမူးျပီး သတိကိုပါ ထိခိုက္ေစမယ္။ အေရးေပၚေဆးကုသရမယ္။

၅။ Molds မိႈ
တျခားေရာဂါေတြရေစတဲ့ Yeast ကေတာ့ ဆဲလ္တခုထဲနဲ႔မိႈ ျဖစ္ျပီး၊ Molds ဆိုတာ ဆဲလ္ေတြ အမ်ားၾကီးနဲ႔ မိႈ ျဖစ္တယ္။ Allergens အလာဂ်ီရေစႏိုင္တယ္၊ Irritants အေနရခက္ေစတာ နဲ႔ Toxic substances အဆိပ္ အေတာက္ေတြ ပါႏိုင္တယ္။ Inhaling ရွဴမိတာျဖစ္ျဖစ္ Touching ထိကိုင္မိတာျဖစ္ျဖစ္ကေန မတည့္သူေတြမွာ အလာဂ်ီရေစႏိုင္တယ္။ စိုထိုင္းတာၾကိဳက္တယ္။

၆။ Food အစားအေသာက္
Milk ႏို႔၊ Shellfish ငါး၊ Nuts အေစ့အဆံေတြ နဲ႔ Wheat ဂ်ံဳေတြပါတယ္။ တျခားဟာေတြလဲရွိပါမယ္။ Asthma ပန္းနာ ရႏိုင္တယ္၊ Hives အင္ျပင္ထႏိုင္မယ္၊ Vomiting အန္မယ္၊ Diarrhea ဝမ္းေလွ်ာမယ္၊ Swelling ပါးစပ္ေနရာ ေရာင္မယ္။ Antihistamines ေဆး၊ Steroids ေဆး၊ Epinephrine injection ေတြေပးရတယ္။

၇။ Latex ရာဘာ
Latex gloves လက္အိပ္၊ Latex condoms ကြန္ဒြမ္ နဲ႔ Medical devices ေဆးခန္းသံုး Latex နဲ႔လုပ္တာေတြကို မတည့္သူေတြက မတည့္ၾကဘူး။ Skin rash အေရျပားအနီျပင္ထြက္မယ္၊ Eye irritation မ်က္စိနီရဲလာမယ္၊ Runny nose ႏွာရည္ယိုမယ္၊ Sneezing ႏွာေခ်မယ္၊ Wheezing အသက္ရွဴက်ပ္မယ္၊ Itching ယားယံမယ္။

၈။ Medication ေဆးဝါးေတြ
Penicillin, Sulfa or Aspirin စတာေတြကို မတည့္သူေတြရွိတယ္။ တခါျဖစ္ဘူးရင္ မွတ္ထားရမယ္။ (ဒီစာေရးေနရင္း ရင္သားထြားေအာင္ ေဆးဝယ္လိမ္းသူ အလာဂ်ီဆိုးဆိုးဝါးဝါးရလို႔ ေမးလာတာရွိတယ္။)
