Nucleos(t)ide Reverse Transcriptase Inhibitors ေဆးအုပ္စု
1. Abacavir (Ziagen® or ABC) 300 mg
1 x 300mg tablet 2 times a day တေန႔ ၂ ၾကိမ္၊
2 x 300mg tablets once daily တေန႔ ၁ ၾကိမ္၊
May be taken with or without food အစာနဲ႔ နီးနီး ေဝးေဝး ေသာက္ႏိုင္တယ္။
Fever, Rash, Nausea, Vomiting, Malaise or Fatigue, Respiratory difficulties* DO NOT RECHALLENGE! ကိုယ္ပူ၊ အနီျပင္ထြက္၊ ပ်ိဳ႕-အန္၊ မအီမသာျဖစ္၊ အားယုတ္၊ အသက္ရွဴခက္၊ (အဲလိုျဖစ္ရင္ ေဆး ဆက္မေသာက္ပါနဲ႔)

2. Didanosine (Videx ® EC or ddI) 250mg and 400mg
1 x 400mg capsule once daily တေန႔ ၁ ၾကိမ္၊
• Reduce dose for weight < 60 Kg ကိုယ္အေလးခ်ိန္ ၆ဝ ကီလိုေအာက္ဆိုရင္ ေဆးေလွ်ာ့ရမယ္။
• Take on an empty stomach with water အစာမရွိခ်ိန္မွာ ေရနဲ႔ေသာက္ပါ။ Note: When combined with Tenofovir, reduce Didanosine to 250mg once daily; may be taken with food မွတ္ခ်က္။ Tenofovir နဲ႔ တြဲေသာက္ရရင္ Didanosine 250mg ကိုသာ တေန႔ ၁ ၾကိမ္ေသာက္ပါ။ Peripheral neuropathy, Pancreatitis, Nausea, Diarrhea* အာရံုေၾကာထိခိုက္၊ သရက္ရြက္ေရာင္၊ ပ်ိဳ႕၊ ဝမ္းပ်က္။ 3. Emtricitabine (Emtriva ® or FTC) 200mg 1 x 200mg capsule once daily တေန႔ ၁ ၾကိမ္၊
• May be taken with or without food အစာနဲ႔ နီးနီး ေဝးေဝး ေသာက္ႏိုင္တယ္။ Headaches, Fatigue, Nausea* ေခါင္းကိုက္၊ အားယုတ္၊ ပ်ိဳ႕။ 4. Lamivudine (Epivir ® or 3TC) 150mg and 300mg 1 x 150mg tablet 2 times a day တေန႔ ၂ ၾကိမ္၊ 1 x 300 mg tablet once daily တေန႔ ၁ ၾကိမ္၊
• May be taken with or without food အစာနဲ႔ နီးနီး ေဝးေဝး ေသာက္ႏိုင္တယ္။ Headaches, Fatigue, Nausea* ေခါင္းကိုက္၊ အားယုတ္၊ ပ်ိဳ႕၊ 5. Stavudine (Zerit ® or d4T) 30mg and 40mg 1 x 40mg capsule 2 times a day တေန႔ ၂ ၾကိမ္၊
• Reduce dose for weight < 60 Kg ကိုယ္အေလးခ်ိန္ ၆ဝ ကီလိုေအာက္ဆိုရင္ ေဆးေလွ်ာ့ရမယ္။ 1 x 30mg capsule 2 times a day တေန႔ ၂ ၾကိမ္၊
• May be taken with or without food အစာနဲ႔ နီးနီး ေဝးေဝး ေသာက္ႏိုင္တယ္။ Peripheral neuropathy, Altered liver function* အာရံုေၾကာထိခိုက္၊ အသဲအလုပ္ေျပာင္းလဲ၊ 6. Tenofovir DF (Viread ® or TDF) 300mg 1 x 300mg tablet once daily တေန႔ ၁ ၾကိမ္၊
• May be taken with or without food အစာနဲ႔ နီးနီး ေဝးေဝး ေသာက္ႏိုင္တယ္။ Renal insufficiency (rare), Nausea, Upset stomach ေက်ာက္ကပ္ထိခိုက္ (ရွားပါး)၊ ပ်ိဳ႕၊ အစာမေက်၊ 7. Zidovudine (Retrovir ® or AZT) 100mg and 300mg 1 x 300mg tablet 2 times a day တေန႔ ၂ ၾကိမ္၊
• May be taken with or without food အစာနဲ႔ နီးနီး ေဝးေဝး ေသာက္ႏိုင္တယ္။ Anemia, Neutropenia, Headaches, Nausea, Body aches, Insomnia* ေသြးအားနည္း၊ ေသြးျဖဴဥနည္း၊ ေခါင္းကိုက္၊ ပ်ိဳ႕၊ ကိုက္ခဲ၊ အိပ္မေပ်ာ္၊ 8. ABC/3TC (Epzicom®) ABC 600mg / 3TC 300mg 1 tablet once daily တေန႔ ၁ ၾကိမ္၊

1. TDF/FTC/EFV (Atripla TM)
TDF 300mg/FTC 200mg/EFV 600mg
1 tablet once daily at bedtime တခါေသာက္ ၁ ျပား တေန႔ ၁ ၾကိမ္၊ ညအခ်ိန္ေသာက္ပါ။
• Empty stomach recommended အစာမရွိခ်ိန္မွာ ေသာက္ပါ။

Non-Nucleoside Reverse Transcriptase Inhibitors
1. Delavirdine (Rescriptor ® or DLV)
200mg
2 x 200mg tablets 3 times a day တခါေသာက္ ၂ ျပား၊ တေန႔ ၃ ၾကိမ္၊
• May be taken with or without food အစာနဲ႔ နီးနီး ေဝးေဝး ေသာက္ႏိုင္တယ္။
• Do not take with antacids အက္စစ္ဓါတ္ပ်ယ္ေဆး နဲ႔ တြဲမေသာက္ပါနဲ႔၊
Rash, Headache အနီျပင္ထြက္၊ ေခါင္းကိုက္၊
Altered liver function အသဲအလုပ္ေျပာင္းလဲ၊

2. Efavirenz (Sustiva® or EFV)
200mg and 600mg
1 x 600mg tablet once daily at bedtime 600mg တခါေသာက္ ၁ ျပား၊ တေန႔ တၾကိမ္၊ ညအခ်ိန္ေသာက္ပါ၊
3 x 200mg capsules once daily at bedtime 200mg တခါေသာက္ ၃ ျပား၊ တေန႔ တၾကိမ္၊ ညအခ်ိန္ေသာက္ပါ၊
• Empty stomach recommended (avoid taking with high fat meals)
Rash, Altered liver function, Dizziness, Insomnia, Impaired concentration, Drowsiness, Abnormal dreams

3. Nevirapine (Viramune® or NVP)
200mg
1 x 200mg tablet 2 times a day (start with 200mg tablet once daily x 14 days) တေန႔ ၁ ၾကိမ္၊ ၁၄ ရက္အရင္ေသာက္ျပီးေနာက္မွာ တေန႔ ၂ ၾကိမ္ဆက္ေသာက္ပါ၊
• May be taken with or without food အစာနဲ႔ နီးနီး ေဝးေဝး ေသာက္ႏိုင္တယ္။
Rash, Headache, Altered liver function အနီျပင္ထြက္၊ ေခါင္းကိုက္၊ အသဲအလုပ္ေျပာင္းလဲ၊

Fusion Inhibitor
1. Enfuvirtide (T-20 or Fuzeon ®)
Injection (108mg vial diluted with 1.1 mL sterile water) အေရျပားေအာက္ထိုးေဆး၊
Administered dose: 90mg/mL subcutaneously (SQ) 2 times a day တေန႔ ၂ ၾကိမ္၊
• Also available as biojector device ေဆးထိုးလြယ္ကူေစရန္ကရိယာပါျပီး၊
• Store at controlled room temperature အခန္းတြင္းအပူခ်ိန္မွာသာထားသိုပါ၊
Injection site reaction: Pain/discomfort, Induration, Erythema, Nodule ေဆးထိုးတဲ့ေနရာမွာ နာ၊ အေနရခက္၊ နီရဲ၊ ဖူးေရာင္ႏိုင္၊
Other: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fatigue, Insomnia ဝမ္းပ်က္၊ ပ်ိဳ႕၊ အန္၊ အားယုတ္၊ အိပ္မရျဖစ္၊

Protease Inhibitors
1. Atazanavir (Reyataz ® or ATV)
150mg and 200mg
2 x 200mg capsules once daily 200mg တခါေသာက္ ၂ ေတာင့္၊ တေန႔ ၁ ၾကိမ္ေသာက္ ေဆးေတာင့္၊
2 x 150mg capsules once daily with Ritonavir 100mg capsule once daily 150mg တခါေသာက္ ၂ ေတာင့္ကို Ritonavir 100mg နဲ႔တြဲျပီး တေန႔ ၁ ၾကိမ္၊
Note: Use Ritonavir boosted dose when combined with Efavirenz, Nevirapine, or Tenofovir ေဆးေတြနဲ႔ေရာေသာက္ရရင္ Ritonavir ကို ထပ္ေသာက္ခိုင္းမည္၊
• Take with a light meal အစာနဲနဲေလးနဲ႔တြဲေသာက္ပါ၊
• Do not take with antacids or proton pump inhibitors အက္စစ္ဓါတ္ပ်ယ္ေဆး နဲ႔ တြဲမေသာက္ပါနဲ႔၊
Diarrhea, Nausea, Abdominal Discomfort, Increased bilirubin (jaundice)** ဝမ္းပ်က္၊ ပ်ိဳ႕၊ ဗိုက္ေအာင့္၊ အသားဝါ၊

2. Darunavir (Prezista TM or DRV)
300mg Always use with Ritonavir ေဆးနဲ႔သာတြဲေသာက္ပါ။
2 x 300mg tablets 2 times a day with တခါေသာက္ ၂ ျပား၊ တေန႔ ၂ ၾကိမ္၊
Ritonavir 1 x 100mg capsule 2 times a day တခါေသာက္ ၁ ေတာင့္၊ တေန႔ ၂ ၾကိမ္၊
• Take with food အစာနဲ႔တြဲေသာက္ပါ၊
Diarrhea, Nausea, Headache, Cold Symptoms** ## ဝမ္းပ်က္၊ ပ်ိဳ႕၊ ေခါင္းကိုက္၊ အေအးမိသလိုခံစား၊

3. Fosamprenavir (Lexiva ® or f-APV)
700 mg
PI-naïve patients (PI ေဆးမေသာက္ရသူ)
2 x 700mg tablets 2 times a day တခါေသာက္ ၂ ျပား၊ တေန႔ ၂ ၾကိမ္၊
2 x 700mg tablets once daily with Ritonavir 2 x 100mg capsules once daily (Fosamprenavir ကို တခါေသာက္ ၂ ျပား၊ တေန႔ ၁ ၾကိမ္ + Ritonavir တခါေသာက္ ၂ ျပား၊ တေန႔ ၂ ၾကိမ္၊)
Note: Use Ritonavir 300mg once daily when combined with Efavirenz or Nevirapine မွတ္ခ်က္။ Efavirenz ဒါမွမဟုတ္ Nevirapine နဲ႔တြဲေသာက္ရင္ Ritonavir 300mg ကို တေန႔ ၁ ၾကိမ္၊
1 x 700mg tablet 2 times a day with Ritonavir 1 x 100mg capsule 2 times a day (Fosamprenavir တေန႔ ၂ ၾကိမ္ + Ritonavir တေန႔ ၂ ၾကိမ္)
PI-experienced patients: (PI ေဆး ေသာက္ဘူးသူ)
1 x 700mg tablet 2 times a day with Ritonavir 1 x 100mg capsule 2 times a day (Fosamprenavir တေန႔ ၂ ၾကိမ္ + Ritonavir တေန႔ ၂ ၾကိမ္)
Note: Use Ritonavir boosted dose when combined with Efavirenz or Nevirapine မွတ္တခ်က္။ Efavirenz ဒါမွမဟုတ္ Nevirapine နဲ႔တြဲရရင္ Ritonavir ကိုထပ္ေသာက္ခိုင္းမည္)

4. Indinavir (Crixivan® or IDV)
400mg
2 x 400mg capsules 2 times a day with Ritonavir 100-200mg capsule(s) 2 times a day တခါေသာက္ ၂ ျပား၊ တေန႔ ၂ ၾကိမ္ + Ritonavir တခါေသာက္ ၂ ေတာင့္၊ တေန႔ ၂ ၾကိမ္)
• Take with food အစာနဲ႔တြဲေသာက္ပါ။
• Drink at least 1.5 liters of fluid daily တေန႔ ေရ တလီထာခြဲေသာက္ပါ။
Nausea, Vomiting, Kidney stones, Heartburn, Increased bilirubin (jaundice)** ပ်ိဳ႕၊ အန္၊ ေက်ာက္ကပ္ေက်ာက္၊ ရင္ပူ၊ အသားဝါ။

5. Lopinavir/Ritonavir (Kaletra ® or LPVr)
Lopinavir 200mg / Ritonavir 50mg
PI-naïve patients (PI ေဆးမေသာက္ရသူ)
2 tablets 2 times a day တခါေသာက္ ၂ ျပား၊ တေန႔ ၂ ၾကိမ္၊
4 tablets once daily တခါေသာက္ ၄ ျပား၊ တေန႔ ၁ ၾကိမ္၊
PI-experienced patients (PI ေဆး ေသာက္ဘူးသူ)
2 tablets 2 times a day တခါေသာက္ ၂ ျပား၊ တေန႔ ၂ ၾကိမ္၊
Once daily not recommended တေန႔ ၁ ခါေသာက္မလုပ္ရ။
Note: Use 3 tablets 2 times a day when used with Nevirapine or Efavirenz မွတ္ခ်က္။ Nevirapine ဒါမွမဟုတ္ Efavirenz နဲ႔တြဲရရင္ တခါေသာက္ ၃ ျပား၊ တေန႔ ၂ ၾကိမ္၊
• May be taken with or without food အစာနဲ႔ နီးနီး ေဝးေဝး ေသာက္ႏိုင္တယ္။
Diarrhea, Nausea, Asthenia (lack of strength), Headache, Altered liver function** ဝမ္းပ်က္၊ ပ်ိဳ႕၊ အားယုတ္၊ ေခါင္းကိုက္၊ အသဲအလုပ္ေျပာင္းလဲ၊

6. Nelfinavir (Viracept ® or NFV)
250mg and 625mg
2 x 625mg tablets 2 times a day တခါေသာက္ ၂ ျပား၊ တေန႔ ၂ ၾကိမ္၊
5 x 250mg tablets 2 times a day တခါေသာက္ ၅ ျပား၊ တေန႔ ၂ ၾကိမ္၊
3 x 250mg tablets 3 times a day တခါေသာက္ ၃ ျပား၊ တေန႔ ၃ ၾကိမ္၊
• Take with food အစာနဲ႔တြဲေသာက္ပါ၊
Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Abdominal Pain** ဝမ္းပ်က္၊ ပ်ိဳ႕၊ အန္၊ ဗိုက္နာ၊

7. Ritonavir (Norvir ® or RTV)
100mg
Ritonavir is primarily used in low doses to boost drug levels of other protease inhibitors
• Keep refrigerated
Nausea, Vomiting, Numbness around the mouth, Altered taste, Diarrhea, Abdominal pain, Altered liver function**

8. Saquinavir (Invirase ® or SQV-HGC)
500 mg 200mg Tablet Hard Gel Capsule
Always use with Ritonavir အျမဲ Ritonavir နဲ႔တြဲေသာက္ပါ၊
2 x 500mg tablets 2 times a day with Ritonavir 100mg capsule 2 times a day (Saquinavir + Ritonavir တခါေသာက္ ၂ ျပားစီ၊ တေန႔ ၂ ၾကိမ္)
5 x 200mg capsules 2 times a day with Ritonavir 100mg capsule 2 times a day (Saquinavir တခါေသာက္ ၅ ျပား၊ တေန႔ ၂ ၾကိမ္ + Ritonavir တခါေသာက္ ၂ ျပား၊ တေန႔ ၂ ၾကိမ္)
• Take with food အစာနဲ႔တြဲေသာက္ပါ၊
Diarrhea, Nausea, Headache, Altered liver function** ဝမ္းပ်က္၊ ပ်ိဳ႕၊ ေခါင္းကိုက္၊ အသဲအလုပ္ေျပာင္းလဲ၊

9. Tipranavir (Aptivus ® or TPV)
250mg
Always use with Ritonavir အျမဲ Ritonavir နဲ႔တြဲေသာက္ပါ။
PI-experienced patients (PI ေဆး ေသာက္ဘူးသူ)
2 x 250mg capsules 2 times a day with Ritonavir 2 x 100mg capsules 2 times a day တခါေသာက္ ၂ ျပားစီ၊ တေန႔ ၂ ၾကိမ္၊
• Take with food အစာနဲ႔တြဲေသာက္ပါ၊
• Do not take with antacids အက္စစ္ဓါတ္ပ်ယ္ေဆး နဲ႔ တြဲမေသာက္ပါနဲ႔၊
• Keep refrigerated ေရခဲေသတာထဲမွာထားသိုပါ။
Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Cramps, Rash, Hyperlipidemia, Intracranial Hemorrhage** ## ဝမ္းပ်က္၊ ပ်ိဳ႕၊ အန္၊ ဗိုက္နာ၊ အနီျပင္ထြက္၊ အဆီမ်ား၊ ေခါင္းထဲေသြးယို၊

* Class Adverse Reaction: lactic acidosis with hepatic steatosis (rare, but potentially life threatening reaction with use of NRTIs) အသဲကိုထိခိုက္ျခင္း၊
** Class Adverse Reactions: Hepatotoxicity, Insulin Resistance /Diabetes Mellitus, Fat maldistribution, Osteonecrosis, Increased bleeding episodes in hemophiliac patients အသဲကိုအဆိပ္သင့္ျခင္း၊ ဆီးခ်ိဳ၊ အဆီလုပ္ငန္းထိခိုက္၊ အရိုးထိခိုက္၊ ေသြးေရာဂါရွိသူမွာ ေသြးယို၊
