HIV treatment ဘယ္လုိကုသနည္း

က်ား အသက္၃၆ Hiv + ျဖစ္ေနလို႔ပါ။ ဟိုတေန႔ကေဆးစစ္လို႔ေတြ႕တာပါ။ ေဆးေစ်းကႀကီးတယ္ေျပာၾကလို႔ ခန္႔မွန္းေျခ ဘယ္ေလာက္ကေန ဘယ္ေလာက္ရွိလည္းဗ်။ အခုေနာက္ဆံုးေဆးက ဘယ္ေလာက္ထိေကာင္းေနၿပီလဲ သိခ်င္ပါတယ္။ ၁ ရက္ကိုဘယ္ႏွလံုးေသာက္ရလဲ သိခ်င္ပါတယ္ဆရာ။

ေဆးအတြဲေပးတယ္။ antiretroviral therapy (ART) ေဆးလို႔ေခၚတယ္။ ေပ်ာက္သြားေအာင္ေတာ့မလုပ္ႏိုင္ပါ။ ပိုးေတြ ပြါးမ်ားလာမွာကို ထိန္းထားေပးမယ္။ အသက္ဆက္ရွင္ေနမယ္။ သူမ်ားကိုကူးစက္တာနည္းေစမယ္။ ေဆးအမ်ိဳးအစား အမ်ိဳးမ်ိဳးရွိတယ္။ (၂၅) မ်ိဳးထဲမွာ (၆) မ်ိဳးကိုအမ်ားဆံုးသံုးပါတယ္။

ေဆးဘယ္အခ်ိန္မွာ ေပးမလဲကို အခ်ိန္ကာလအရ အသစ္ေျပာင္းျပီးသတ္မွတ္ပါတယ္။ CD 4 အေရအတြက္အေပၚမွာ မူတည္တယ္။ အတိအက်ေျပာရရင္ ေစာေစာေသာက္ႏိုင္ေလးေကာင္းေလျဖစ္တယ္။ တသက္တာေသာက္ေနရမယ္။ ေဆးရႏိုင္မႈနဲ႔ ကုန္ကစရိတ္မသိပါ။ ၾကာေလ ေဆးေတြေကာင္းလာေလ၊ ေဆးရႏိုင္မႈမ်ားလာေလျဖစ္တယ္။ အခမဲ့လည္း ရႏိုင္တယ္။
