Topical steroids ေခၚ ေဆး လိမ္းႏုိင္တယ္။ ဥပမာ Hydrocortisone cream လိမ္းေဆး။ ေရာင္တာ ယားနာ နီရဲတာေတြ သက္သာလာမယ္။ ေဆးဆိုင္မွာအလြယ္ယဝ္ရတာမ်ိဳးက အေပ်ာ့စားျဖစ္ျပီး ဆိုးတဲ့သူေတြက စတီရြိဳက္ေဆး % မ်ားတာ လိုႏိုင္တယ္။ Bland emollients ေခၚ cetomacrogol cream ေဆးလိမ္းရင္ ေနရတာ သက္သာေစမယ္။ တခ်ိဳ႕မွာ ဆင္ပြါးျဖစ္တဲ့ ဗက္တီးရီးယားဝင္လို႔ ပိုးေသေဆးပါ လိုမယ္။
