Ultrasound and Pregnancy အာလ္ထြာေဆာင္းနဲ႔ ကိုယ္ဝန္

၁။ ဆရာရွင္ သမီးက အသက္ ၃၁ ပါ။ ရာသီလာရက္ တပတ္ေက်ာ္ေနလို႔ စစ္ၾကည့္တာ ၂ ေၾကာင္းေပၚေနပါတယ္ရွင္။ ေနာက္တပတ္ OG သြားျပထားခ်င္လို႔ပါ။ သြားျပရင္ ultrasound ႐ိုက္တယ္ ေျပာတာပါရွင္။ အရမ္းႏုတုန္း ultrasound ႐ိုက္ရင္ ကေလးထိခိုက္မလား စိုးရိမ္လို႔ပါရွင္။ ျပသင့္ မျပသင့္၊ ဘယ္ခ်ိန္ေလာက္ စျပရင္ ေကာင္းမလဲ ေျဖၾကားေပးေစခ်င္ပါတယ္ရွင္။ ဆရာ က်န္းမာခ်မ္းသာပါေစရွင္။ သားဦး ကိုယ္၀န္ပါရွင္ဆရာ။

၂။ မဂၤလာပါဆရာ။ ေက်းဇူးျပဳၿပီးေျဖၾကားေပးပါဦးဆရာ။ သမီးအသက္ ၃၃ ႏွစ္ပါ။ အိမ္ေထာင္သက္ 9 လေလာက္ (1.12.2017) က စပီး တားေဆးေသာက္တာျဖတ္ခဲ့ပါတယ္ (တားေဆးက Marvelon 28 ေသာက္ပါတယ္)။ ေနာက္ဆံုး ရာသီရက္က (24.12.2017) ပါ။ 2018/1 လပိုင္းအကုန္မွာ ေခါင္းေနာက္ပိုင္းေတြအံုေနလို႔ ဖုန္း/ကြန္ျပဴတာ အၾကည့္မ်ားလို႔ အာရံုေၾကာအားနည္းတယ္ထင္ပီးေဆးခန္းျပတာ ေသြးေပါင္ေတြလဲက်ပီး ကိုယ္ဝန္ရေနပီဆိုတာ သိရပါတယ္။ ဒီလ (10.3.2018) မွာ သမီးတို႔နယ္က ေဆးဆိုင္မွာ တပတ္တခါလာရိုက္ေပးတဲ့ Ultrasound သြားရိုက္ခဲ့တာ ကေလးက 6 week/21mm လို႔ေျပာပါတယ္ဆရာ။ ကိုယ္ျပထားတဲ့အျပင္ေဆးခန္းက ဆရာမနဲ႔ တြက္ထားတုန္းက Due Date က 9 လပိုင္းကုန္။ Ult သြားရိုက္တဲ့ရက္ဆို ၁၁ ပတ္ေလာက္ရွိေနပီ တြက္ထားတာ။ Ult result က DD ကို ၁၁ လပိုင္းေျပာပါတယ္ဆရာ။ သမီးသိခ်င္တာ ကိုယ္ကကိုယ္ဝန္စရထဲက ေသြးေပါင္ေတြ ခဏခဏ က်ေနလို႔မ် ားကေလးက ေသးတာလား။ ကိုယ္ပဲရက္တြက္မွားတာလားသိခ်င္တာပါ သြားရိုက္တဲ့ ေဆးဆိုင္က Ult စက္ကလည္း ေကာင္းတယ္လို႔ နာမည္ရပါတယ္ဆရာ။ ေက်းဇူးျပဳၿပီး ေျဖၾကားေပးပါဦးဆရာ။

စိုးရိမ္စရာ မရွိ။ ေနာက္ဆံုးရာသီလာခဲ့တဲ့လမွာ ပဌမဆံုးေသြးဆင္းတဲ့ရက္ကေန တြက္ရတယ္။ ၇ ရက္ = ၁ ပတ္။ ၄ ပတ္ = ၁ လ။ အာလ္ထြာေဆာင္း တခါရိုက္တခါ EDD ထြက္မယ္။ ေစာလြန္းရင္ အေျဖဖတ္ရခက္တယ္။ ဘယ္လိုထြက္ထြက္ ၁-၂ ပတ္လြဲႏိုင္တယ္။
