HIV အတြက္ ART ေဆးမ်ား

ကြ်န္ေတာ့္နာမည္ ကို ႕႕႕႕႕ ပါ။ ႕႕႕႕႕ ျမိဳ႕နယ္မွာေနပါတယ္။ အသက္ကေတာ့ ၄ဝ ႏွစ္ပါ။ လြန္ခဲ့တဲ့ ၁၅ ႏွစ္ေလာက္ကစျပီး ခုခံအားက်ဆင္းမူေရာဂါ ျဖစ္ခဲ့ပါတယ္။ စစျဖစ္ခ်င္း သြားျပခဲ့တဲ့ဆရာဝန္က (၁) GPO-VIR S-30 (၂) Bioselenium Zinc နဲ႔ (၃) Neurobion ဒီ ၃ မ်ိဳး ညႊန္ခဲ့ပါတယ္။ အစိုးရဌာနမွာ မွတ္ပံုတင္တာမ်ိဳး အစရွိတာေတြလည္း မေန႔တစ္ေန႔ကမွ သိရတာပါ။ နယ္က တတ္လာတာဆုိေတာ့ မွတ္ပံုတင္ရတာေတြနဲ႔ ပတ္သတ္ျပီး ဗဟုသုတလည္းမရွိရပါ။ ဆရာဝန္က ဒါဒါေသာက္ဆို ကြ်န္ေတာ္လည္း အေပၚကေဆးေတြပဲ ေသာက္လာခဲ့တာ ၁၅ ႏွစ္ ရွိပါျပီ။ ART/ARV ေဆးေသာက္မွ အဆင္ေျပမယ္လို႔ ေရးထားတဲ့စာေတြေတြ႔ပါတယ္။ ေသာက္ေနတဲ့ ဒီေဆးေတြကေကာ ကြ်န္ေတာ့္ေရာဂါအတြက္ အေထာက္အကူျဖစ္ပါသလားဆရာ။ ဒီေဆးေတြအျပင္ ART ေဆးပါ ေသာက္သင့္ပါသလား။ ေဆးမ်ားသြားတာမ်ိဳး ျဖစ္ႏုိင္ပါသလား။ ART ေသာက္မွျဖစ္မယ္၊ အျခားေဆးမရဆုိတဲ့ စာတခ်ိဳ႕ကို ရုတ္တရက္ျမင္လိုက္ရျပီး ကြ်န္ေတာ္ အမွန္တကယ္ တုန္လူပ္ေနမိလို႔ပါ။

Bio-Selenium+Zinc ထဲမွာ selenium yeast, zinc, vitamins A, B6, C နဲ႔ E ေတြပါတယ္။ GPO-VIR S-30 ထဲမွာ (Stavudine + Lamivudine + Nevirapine) ေတြပါတယ္။ လူၾကီး HIV အတြက္ေပးပါတယ္။ Lamivudine ေဆးဟာ အသဲေရာင္ (ဘီ) ပိုးနာတာရွည္ ခံစားေနရသူေတြကိုေပးတယ္။ HIV ကို ေပ်ာက္ေအာင္ေတာ့ မလုပ္ႏိ္ုင္ပါ။ Stavudine ေဆးက NARTI အမ်ိဳးအစားျဖစ္ျပီး HIV အတြက္ေပးတယ္။ Nevirapine ေဆးကလည္း HIV အတြက္ေပးတယ္။

အသိအမွတ္ျပဳထားတဲ့ ART ေဆး (၂ဝ) ရွိတယ္။ တခ်ိဳ႕က ေဆးေတြေရာထားတယ္။ အမ်ားဆံုးသံုးေနတာတခုက Truvada ျဖစ္တယ္။ emtricitabine နဲ႔ tenofovir ေဆး (၂) မ်ိဳးေရာထားတယ္။

အမ်ားစုမွာ ေဆးနာမည္ (၃) မ်ိဳးပါတယ္။ ဥပမာ AZT (zidovudine) ေဆးျဖစ္တယ္။ Retrovir လို႔လည္းေခၚတယ္။ ZDV လို႔လည္းေခၚေသးတယ္။

ေဆးစနစ္တက်ကုသရပါမယ္။ ေဆးေပးနည္းက တခ်ိဳ႕ေနရာေတြမွာ မတူတတ္ပါ။ ေဆးေတြက အရင္ကထက္ အမ်ားၾကီး တိုတက္လာလို႔ စိတ္သက္သာရသင့္ပါတယ္။ စိတ္ကို အျပဳသေဘာေဆာင္ပါ။ ေဆးစာေတြရဲ႕ လင့္ခ္ေတြပို႔ပါတယ္။ ဆိုင္တာကို ဖတ္ပါ။ လိုက္နာပါ။
