Deformed Nipples ႏို႔သီးေရာဂါမ်ား

ဆရာ ကၽြန္ေတာ့္ အမ်ိဳးသမီးရဲ႕ ႏို႔ထိပ္မွာကြဲ ေနတယ္။ ၿပီးေတာ့ အျဖဴေရာင္အႏွစ္ေလးေတြထြက္တယ္. နမ္းၾကည့္ရင္ အနံ႔ ဆိုးတယ္ဆရာ။ ႏို႔ကလည္း ၂ ဖက္လံုး ထိပ္ကေလးေတြ ကြဲေနတာ။ ၂ ဖက္လံုးက အဲလိုအျဖဴေလးေတြထြက္တယ္။ ဘာျဖစ္တာလည္းဆရာ။.ဓာတ္ပံုျပပါ့မယ္ဆရာ။ ကေလးမရွိေသးပါဘူး။ အိမ္ေထာင္က်တာ မၾကာေသးဘူးဆရာ။ ႏို႔ထိပ္ကိုင္ရင္ နာတယ္လို႔ေျပာပါတယ္။

ႏို႔၊ ပံုပန္း၊ အရြယ္အစား၊ ႏို႔သီး၊ ေရာင္ရင့္အဝိုင္းေတြဟာ တဖက္နဲ႔တဖက္တူခ်င္မွတူမယ္။ ေရာဂါမဟုတ္ပါ။ ေမြးရာပါ ျဖစ္တယ္။ ႏို႔သီးေရာဂါေတြကေတာ့ -

- Traumas ဒဏ္ရာ
ထိခိုက္မႈကေနအမ်ားဆံုးျဖစ္တယ္။ အလွအပအတြက္ ကြင္းတပ္တာလည္းပါတယ္။ ကေလးႏို႔စိုတာလည္း ပါတယ္။ တျခားေနရာထြကို ထိခိုက္မိတာမ်ိဳးလည္းရွိတယ္။ အနာ၊ ဒဏ္ရာရထားရာကေန အနာေပ်ာက္ျဖစ္စဥ္အရ အမာရြတ္ျဖစ္လို႔ မတူတာလည္းျဖစ္ႏိုင္တယ္။

- Inverted nipples ခြက္ဝင္ေနျခင္း
နရိုကခြက္ဝင္ေနေပမဲ့ ကိုယ္ဝန္ေဆာင္ခ်ိန္၊ ကေလးခ်ိဳတိုက္ခ်ိ္န္မွာ ခြက္ဝင္ေနတဲ့ႏို႔သီးေခါင္း ထြက္လာတာလည္း ျဖစ္ႏိုင္တယ္။ လက္နဲ႔ဆြဲဆြဲယူနည္းလုပ္ေပးႏိုင္တယ္။ စုပ္စရာကိရိယာသံုးႏိုင္တယ္။ တခ်ိဳ႕ကိုခြဲစိတ္ျပင္ေပးရတယ္။

• Lactation ႏို႔တိုက္ခ်ိန္၊
• Puffy nipples ႏို႔တင္းေနတာေတြကေနလည္းျဖစ္ႏိုင္တယ္။

- Polythelia (Third Nipple) ႏို႔သီးအပိုပါျခင္း
အမ်ားအားျဖင့္ ခ်ိဳင္းကေန ေပါင္ျခံကိုသြားတဲ့မ်ဥ္းတေလွ်ာက္မွာျဖစ္တယ္။ တျခားေနရာေတြမွာလည္းရွိႏိုင္ေသးတယ္။ ေမြးရာပါျဖစ္တယ္။ Bifid nipples, intra-areolar polythelia, or dysplastic ဆိုတာေတြက ခႏၶာေဗဒတည္ေဆာက္မႈအရ ႏို႔သီးထိပ္မွာ ခြက္ဝင္ေနတာလည္းရွိတယ္။

- Athelia ႏို႔သီးမပါျခင္း
ရွားတယ္။ ေမြးရာပါျဖစ္တယ္။ တဖက္တည္း၊ ႏွစ္ဖက္လံုးမပါတာရွိႏိုင္တယ္။ တဖက္တည္းမပါတာဆိုရင္ Poland syndrome ေရာဂါကိုစဥ္းစားရတယ္။ Bilateral athelia ႏွစ္ဖက္လံုးမပါတာဆိုရင္ ectodermal dysplasia ေခၚတယ္။

- Scaly, fissured or cracked nipples တျခားအေျခအေနေတြျဖစ္တဲ့ ေျခာက္ေသြ႔ေနတာ၊ ကြဲေနတာ၊ အေရခြံ ကြာက်နတာေတြက eczema, psoriasis, lactation, irritant dermatitis (jogger’s nipples), Paget’s disease နာတာရွည္ အေရျပားနာတခုခုကေန ဆက္ျဖစ္တာျဖစ္ႏိုင္တယ္။

- Disproportionate size of the nipples ႏို႔အလံုး၊ ႏို႔အေရာင္ရင့္အဝိုင္းတို႔နဲ႔ အရြယမမွ်ျဖစ္တာ ေရာဂါမဟုတ္ပါ။
Imperforate nipples ႏို႔သီးထိပ္ဖ်ားမွာ ႏို႔ထြက္ျပြန္ေပါက္ေလးေတြရွိရတယ္။ မပါတာဆိုရင္ ထိခိုက္မိရာကေနျဖစ္တယ္။
