Headache ရာသီႏွင့္ ေခါင္းကိုက္ျခင္း

မဂၤလာပါဆရာ။ ကြ်န္မအသက္က ၃၇ အပ်ိဳပါဆရာ။ ကန္ေတာ့ပါ ရာသီမလာခင္ ၂ ရက္ ၃ ရက္အလိုဆို ေခါင္းတအားကိုက္ပါတယ္။ ျဖစ္တာေတာ့ ၁ ႏွစ္ေလာက္ရွိပါျပီ။ အကိုက္ခဲေပ်ာက္ေဆးေတြ ရမ္းေသာက္ေနရတာ မေသာက္ခ်င္ေတာ့လို႔ပါ။ ဘာေဆးေသာက္ရမလဲ ညႊန္ျပေပးေစခ်င္ပါတယ္။

ေခါင္းကိုက္တယ္ဆိုတာ ေရာဂါေတာ့ မဟုတ္။ အေၾကာင္းခံတခုခုကေနျဖစ္လာတဲ့ ေရာဂါလကၡဏာသာျဖစ္တယ္။ အေၾကာင္းခံေတြက မ်ားတယ္။ ေမးခြန္းေမးသူအတြက္ လစဥ္လာတဲ့ရာသီနဲ႔ ဆက္စပ္ေနသလား စဥ္းစားရတယ္။ အဲတာမွန္ရင္ ရာသီကို ၃ လေနမွသာ တခါလာေအာင္ ေဆးေသာက္လို႔ရတယ္။ ရာသီရက္ေျပာင္းလိုသူေတြလည္း အိမ္ေထာင္မရွိေပမဲ့ ကိုယ္ဝန္တားေဆးနဲ႔ ရာသီရက္ ေျပာင္းႏိုင္တယ္။ ရာသီဆိုတာ ေဟာ္မုန္းနဲ႔ဆပ္စပ္ေနတယ္။ ေဟာ္မုန္းေျပာင္းရင္ ရာသီေၾကာင့္ ခံစားရတာေတြလည္း ေျပာင္းႏိုင္တယ္။ ေမးတဲ့သူကို ကြ်န္ေတာ္က ေသခ်ာ မသိပါ။ စာေတြဖတ္ျပီး ဆိုင္တာနဲ႔ လိုတာ လိုက္နာသင့္တယ္။
